Two Studies to Begin July 1, 2009
The purpose of both studies will be to address the nutrient input from agriculture into the waters of the Chesapeake Bay.
The BayStat Council and the agricultural community are interested in knowing if the measures that farmers have have been implementing under their Soil and Water Conservation Plans and their Nutrient Management Plans are having a positive effect on phosphorus and nitrogen reduction into the Bay.
